"Light up a Life" is an annual event that honours precious memories of our loved ones. HospiceCare will be running dedicated events, that are free to attend,  at Alnwick and Berwick in December and everyone is invited. There will be moments of reflection, music, with an opportunity to light a candle in memory of your loved one, followed by refreshments. More details soon...
