Our Community Fundraising - Making a difference together
As we continue to see a growing demand for our Care services across North Northumberland, this year we expect our running costs to be around £1.5m to ensure we can continue to meet this demand. We will receive a small contribution from the NHS of around 5%, the rest we have to find from fundraising, donations, trusts, and our retail stores. Our community fundraising has become a vital source of income for HospiceCare - local people who consistently go the extra mile to support our fundraising efforts - put simply, without their support we wouldn't exist.
