We have a number of opportunities for business sponsorship of our events.
In return for funding or part funding the set up costs of one of our events, we can offer the opportunity for a value-for-money advertising opportunity for your business. This allows you to raise the profile of your brand whilst demonstrating a clear commitment to the hospice and the people it cares for in your community.
Examples of the promotion you will get for your company are:
- All printed literature about the event will include your logo.
- Any banners, t-shirts will include your logo
- Website, registration and information pages will include your details
- You will feature in any media articles we generate.
And by doing this, it means all the funds raised from the event will go direct to the hospice.
Types of events that are typically sponsored are our ‘The B Festival’, summer music festival at Bamburgh Castle, Strawberries,Fizz & Jazz afternoon, Hulne Park cycle ride and annual Fashion Show.
Have fun along the way!
Holding a fundraising event for HospiceCare has real benefits for your business, your staff and the hospice. Whilst raising awareness (and funds) for the hospice, you’ll find that working together in this way can raise the profile of your business in the local community and greatly improve team morale, motivation and communication amongst your employees.
Whether it’s holding a dress down day, baking and selling cakes, or holding a charity football match, there are an almost unlimited range of activities you can get involved in.
If you don’t have time to organise your own event then your team can still get involved by taking part in one of the hospice’s pre-organised activities which, this year, includes sponsored abseiling, zip wires, cycling, running, walking and overseas treks.
We can offer a range of supporting materials such as sponsorship forms, balloons, posters and t-shirts, depending on the nature of the event, plus advice on working with the local media to get maximum publicity of your fundraising activities
And have you thought about maybe matching the fundraising amount made – which you can get corporate tax relief on.
